GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR USE OF SWIMMING POOL
1. It is recommended to leave a gap of at least 3 hours between the meal and the bathroom
2. In order to use the swimming pool is obligatory take the shower before entering the water, the use of swimming cap(provisions of the Regulation Tuscany Region), slippers and rinse your feet before entering the enclosure .
3. The entrance to the pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the camp and to any paying guests.
4. The swimming pool is available in the opening period hours that are affixed on the bulletin board in front of the entrance to thesame.
5. Under certain conditions such as exceptional events, conditions adverse weather, the pool may be closed during the times opening provided at the discretion of the Management
6. May be carried out extraordinary maintenance work during the where the entrance to the pool is not allowed. 7. Guests must insert the chip into the reader in entrance .
8. In the case in which a customer who has already carried out the entrance in one of the two rounds of opening and must exit , at the moment will have to receive from the lifeguard/overseer  a ticket that will be valid at the end of the turn and deliver it back to the same at the time of return.
9. During closing hours of the is not allowed to enter and use the same.
10. It is forbidden undressing and/or stand naked in the pool area, whoever transgresses will be reported to the competent authorities according the Italian criminal code (art. n. 527 C.P.).
11. For women it is not possible to stay with breasts uncovered .
12. The pushes, the dives and the jumps are forbidden in water from the edges of the pool.
13. It is forbidden to bathe in the absence of supervisory staff
14. It is prohibited entering by bicycle.
15. It is not permitted to bring glass bottles or else and is strictly prohibited the consumption of drinks, sandwiches, snacks,
etc ......... within the pool area.
16. It is compulsory to use the litter boxes and ashtrays.
Keep cleaning.
17. The pool entrance for children under 14 years old always conditional. to the presence of a parent, also when the pool is monitored by lifeguard/overseer  .
18. It is forbidden to introduce bikes, kick scooters balls, footballs, tennis rackets and all other sports accessory. The games are organized exclusively by the entertainment staff.
19. It is prohibited to have conduct of the behavior not civil.
20. It is denied entry to persons in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of medication or drugs. The staff, if it considers unsuitable behavior to security of the person and that of the other frequenters, is authorized by the Management to remove unwanted subjects.
21. For any question please refer to the lifeguards present in the pool. The staff, as part of its
responsibilities, is required to monitor compliance with the provisions of this Regulation by vacationers, to get their attention on possible infringements, including those committed by their children and to immediately report to the Reception, which will take the necessary measures within its competence.
22. With those who do not comply with these rules, the current staff may intervene by removing the transgressors and if necessary, in more extreme cases, it will be required the
intervention of the State Police or Carabinieri with expulsion from the Camping Village.
23. The Management declines all civil and criminal liability for items or valuables left in the pool and for any accidents caused by the customers themselves or others, due to non-compliance with these rules.
24. All pool equipment should be used with care and attention. Any damages must be paid.
25. It is not allowed access to people with contagious diseases, injuries or open wounds. If it is deemed necessary, the Management is authorized to require a medical certificate attesting to the eligibility for entry into the pool.
26. The Management fixed times for opening and closing of the pool, to which all are obliged to follow these.
27. It is not allowed to bring air mattresses, rafts or other similar inside the pool.
28. It is not possible to use your own umbrella, chairs,small chairs table and so in the solarium and the pool area.
29. The radio have to be kept at low volume.
30. It is not allowed to use any kind of soap while having a showers and it is not allowed to take shower naked according the Italian criminal code (art. n. 527 C.P.).
31. For children under the age of three years, as well as for users physiologically incontinent require the use of special costumes restraints.
32. Inside the pool.It is not allowed the use of eyeglasses or sunglasses (except with shatterproof lenses), the swimming goggles must have plastic lenses or shatterproof.
33. Access to the pool may be limited in the case of crowding.
34. Use of beach umbrellas, deck chairs and loungers it is to payment.
35. Personal things left on the loungers for more than 20 minutes will be removed.

THE POOL AREA IS SUPERVISED IN THE PRESENCE
AND/OR WITH SECURITY VIDEO CAMERAS.
THE HEIGHT OF THE POOL IS 1.25 MT
THE SUN BEDS ARE AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE UNTIL THEY ARE LASTED
MINORS UNDER 14 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

ACCESS TO THE TURNSTELL IS FOR ONE PERSON. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ENTER MORE THAN ONE PERSON AT THE SAME TIME INCLUDING CHILDREN (EXCLUDING ACCOMPANIED BABY 00-02 YEARS).
